We also collect standard web analytics data such as pages visited and browser type.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to prepare your cost segregation report, communicate with you about your order, and respond to support inquiries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information. We use SendGrid to send transactional emails. Property information is stored securely and used only to complete your study.

Data Retention

We retain your property information and completed report for a minimum of 7 years to support any audit protection requests. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us, subject to our legal obligations.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
